Applying a setting to a tenant in MSPMagic is a simple process. When applying a setting to a tenant, the setting is applied only to the one tenant. To apply a setting to multiple tenants it is recommended to use templates. Refer to this article for more information.
Before you begin, ensure that you have onboarded the tenant to MSPMagic.
Select a tenant #
From the tenants list, click on the tenant name.
Click on the Settings tab
Select a setting #
Scroll to the settings category you wish to add a setting for and click on the + Add New button.
Select a setting from the list of settings and click Next.
Configure the enforcement action #
Set the enforcement action to Notify if you want MSPMagic to report only. If you want MSPMagic to automatically enforce the setting, select Enforce.
More information on enforcement actions is available here.
